1. Choose Your Package
Select one of our Flat Fee Rental Listing Packages that fits your needs. Whether you just want MLS exposure or additional tools like tenant screening and lease preparation, you’re in control of what you pay for.

2. We List Your Property on the MLS

Once you submit your property details and photos, we’ll create a professional MLS listing that’s syndicated to top rental sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Apartments.com — giving your property maximum visibility with serious renters and licensed agents.

3. You Handle Inquiries and Showings
All calls and messages from interested tenants come directly to you. You coordinate showings on your schedule and keep full control of who views your property.

4. Screen Applicants (If You Choose)
If your package includes tenant screening, you’ll receive credit, background, and eviction reports through our secure third-party platform. You make the decisions — we just provide the tools.

5. Finalize Your Lease
Once you’ve chosen your tenant, you can prepare your lease using our state-compliant templates or upgrade to full landlord representation at any time. If you upgrade, your Flat Fee package payment is credited toward the commission at lease signing.
